Welcome to Primo Mobile Detailing. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling an appointment.

 

1. Services Provided

Primo Mobile Detailing provides professional mobile auto detailing services, including interior and exterior cleaning, decontamination, stain treatment, shampooing, and related detailing services.

Service results may vary depending on the condition, age, and materials of the vehicle. While we strive for the highest quality results possible, some stains, odors, scratches, or defects may be permanent and cannot be fully removed.

 

2. Appointments & Deposits

Appointments may require a deposit to reserve your scheduled service time.

Deposits are non-refundable for:

  • Customer no-shows

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

  • Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment

Deposits help compensate for reserved scheduling time, travel, and preparation costs.

 

3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Primo Mobile Detailing reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unsafe weather conditions, equipment failure, emergencies, or other circumstances beyond our control.

 

4. Pricing & Vehicle Condition

All prices listed are starting prices and may vary depending on:

  • Vehicle size

  • Vehicle condition

  • Excessive pet hair

  • Heavy staining

  • Biohazards

  • Excessive dirt, mold, or contamination

Final pricing will be confirmed after an initial inspection of the vehicle.

 

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Removing personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service

  • Providing reasonable access to the vehicle

  • Ensuring the service location is safe and legally accessible

Primo Mobile Detailing is not responsible for lost, damaged, or misplaced personal items left inside the vehicle.

 

6. Satisfaction & Refund Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are dissatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment.

We will first attempt to correct or readdress any reasonable concerns. Refunds, whether partial or full, are issued at the sole discretion of Primo Mobile Detailing depending on the circumstances of the service provided.

Refunds are not provided for:

  • Customer no-shows

  • Failure to communicate concerns within 48 hours

  • Pre-existing vehicle damage or conditions

  • Issues outside the scope of the purchased service

 

7. Liability Disclaimer

Primo Mobile Detailing is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

  • Damage caused by improperly installed aftermarket parts

  • Wear and tear due to age or condition of the vehicle

Certain services involving deep cleaning, stain removal, or mold remediation may expose pre-existing cosmetic or material defects that were previously hidden.

 

8. Weather & Mobile Service Conditions

As a mobile service provider, appointments may be delayed or rescheduled due to weather or unsafe working conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the service location complies with local laws and permits mobile detailing activity if applicable.

 

9. Privacy

Customer information is used solely for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes. We do not sell or share customer information with third parties except when required by law.

10. Changes to Terms

Primo Mobile Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
